Can anyone tell me what are the best excursions in Dubai and how much do they cost?
Here are some excursions in Dubai. Prices in dirhams, 1 dirham costs about 8 Russian rubles. So, a half day sightseeing tour in Dubai is AED 120. The main sights: the clock tower, the historical districts of Bastakia and Bar Dubai, the Dubai Museum. Abra crossing of the Bay, visit spice market.
Dubai and Sharjah – 110 AED. Half Day. Tour of historic sites in Dubai and Sharjah.
Desert safaris are available for half day, price day and day with overnight stay. A full-day safari costs 250-300 AED.
Very interesting excursions on the water – on a modern tourist catamaran. With dinner on board costs 120 AED.
There are a lot of excursions in fact. Hardly anyone can go on all of them. Those who have been in other Arab countries and there went on a desert safari, will not be surprised by a safari in the UAE. In fact, it’s nothing new. But a trip from Dubai to the neighboring country, Oman, is sure to amaze the newcomer. Especially good is the combined tour of the skerries and fjords of the Musandam Peninsula. There is such an indescribable beauty! These places are often called the Arabian Norway. It costs 500 dirhams for such a tour.
It is difficult to name the best excursion. Some people like to drive jeeps in the desert. And some like the museum all sorts of closer. I personally liked the excursion to the mountains. Trip for a day, paid 340 dirhams. The picturesque Stone Mountains are impressive, the photos are great. Bathing in the mountain lakes. Impressions are unforgettable.
Do not forget about excursions on the water! First, on an amphibious bus on the waters of the bay. From the mall “Bar-Juman” depart, two or three trips every day. Prices are as follows: adult ticket 100 dirhams, children – 70. I also recommend an evening sea cruise on a modern catamaran. On Saturday and Wednesday it is a cocktail cruise, as cocktails are served on board, sails at 6pm, ticket costs AED 60. Thursday and Friday on the same catamaran is a dinner cruise. AED 120, sails at 5pm.
I recommend to go to the Indian Ocean. A wonderful excursion! It costs 500 dirhams. On the way the bus stops at the carpet and fruit markets. I bought a small tiger skin rug for 15 dirhams. At the fruit market you can drink coconut milk. The price for fruit is basically the same as in the city. Another stop is near an abandoned canyon in the mountains. Everyone takes pictures there, although compared to the real mountains, in general, nothing special. Most impressive, of course, is the ocean. It is in Fujairah Emirate, which is 2 hours away from Dubai. Tourists are brought to the 5-star Royal Beach Hotel. There you can change your clothes. The cost of the tour includes staying on the hotel beach for 5 hours and lunch at the restaurant. The food is delicious, buffet style. On the beach there are umbrellas and sun loungers, they give towels. The whole coast is teeming with all sorts of wildlife – fish, crustaceans, so you are given special slippers for swimming. Nearby is Turtle Island. They say that sea turtles come to the shore, but we, unfortunately, did not get any.Great tour! Ocean of impressions!
